Stamping 411 #206 and Inkspirations #72

Tonight's card is a combination of two challenges.

The sketch comes from Stamping 411 -

And the colour combination is from Inkspirations -

Here's what I came up with -

Sorry about the shadow on the left side of the photo. I took it as the sun was setting and it was quite windy outside, so I had to snap it really quickly.

This card is going to my Grandfather to let him know that even though we don't get to see him much (he lives over 5 hours away), we are always thinking of him.

Supplies-
Stamp - Motorcycle, Pendant Park, So Happy For You
Card stock - Not Quite Navy, Pear Pizzazz, Peach Parfait, Whisper White, water colour paper
Ink - Not quite Navy, Pear Pizzazz, Basic Black, Going Gray, StazOn Black
Other - silver jumbo brad

Sandra, this is fantastic! It didn't even occur to me to make a masculine card with these colours, but your use of the colour combo is perfect. What a lovely story behind your card, too. I have no grandparents living, and miss them. It is special to be able to tell your grandfather that he is on your mind.

Love the Hog image and how you coloured it. Great use of this week's colours and the brad is the perfect touch. Thanks so much for joining us at Inkspirations this week :)

Hi Sandra!
I am sooo itching to find time for stamping ... and this S411 sketch is fabulous! I have missed popping by to visit ... but my family issues have been a big distraction over the last few weeks. I am looking forward to scrolling back through your recent posts and checking out your fab inspiration ... but won’t have time to comment on each! Thanks for all your special thoughts and prayers over recent days. Hugs xxaxx

My grandfather used to ride a motorcycle. We would go to garage sales together to buy Barbie clothes!!! What a wonderful card you've created here!
