In yesterday's post I mentioned that I didn't have the time to make any Christmas cards last year. Well, my dear blogging friend, Lesley, commented that I should check out her blog for her latest challenge. The challenge is called "Merry Monday" and it's a fun challenge for you to create one Christmas card for your stash each week. What a great idea!!
Here's Lesley's sketch -
And here's what I came up with -

(Ooops! Please excuse the photo quality - I just noticed that the camera lense must need a good clean :)
I really enjoyed making this card! The ornaments on the image panel have been stamped and then clear embossed to give them a lovely, glossy shine and some texture. I didn't have a Christmas sentiment stamp to fit the space, so I used a rub on that I had in my stash. The red Glimmer Paper was cut with the Two Tags die and then popped up on dimensionals.
I love reading your comments! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

Sandi, this is so pretty! Love the glimmer paper and how you accented te sentiment with both colors. Classic and elegant, in every way. Have a great day! :)
