One of my wonderfully talented blogging friends has just been selected as a new Candy Stripe over at The Lollipop Ladies. Congratulations Trish! To help celebrate I just had to join in for the first time with this weeks challenge, Ba-humbugs, black & white with stripes.

I had a bit of trouble with the stripes. If you look REALLY closely you can see that I have embossed some lines /"stripes" underneath the ribbon using my bone folder. Is that pushing it too much??? LOL
I'm also entering this card into this weeks Just Add Ink - Just add Amanda or Danielle challenge. This was purely an accident. It wasn't until I had finished my card that I realised it looked a bit like Danielle's style so I went searching her blog and found this card -
Doesn't it look like a direct CASE? Just goes to show how much we actually keep in the back of our minds without even realising! LOL
